Senior Investment Consultant – Leeds – Up to £40,000 basic PLUS comms
As a Senior Investment Consultant you will play an integral role within the current investment team, not only as a top biller but also as source of expertise and mentorship for the less experienced consultants.

Up to £40,000 basic salary
Superb commission structure taking OTE to at least £80,000 in year 1
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

What you will be responsible for
Advise clients on property investment opportunities that align with their financial goals
Analyse market trends, property values, and economic indicators to guide investment decisions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and developers
Conduct financial feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed property investments
Manage a portfolio of property assets and oversee transactions from acquisition to completion
Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and pitch presentations for clients
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Progression, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless client service
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development efforts.
Manage and produce reports on your own pipeline
What you will have
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property investment/consultancy
Proven track record in closing high-value property investment deals
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficient in investment modelling and property valuation tools
Deep knowledge of local and international property markets
