Ward 9 is a 34 bedded inpatient unit, within the 34 beds we have 8-10 level 2 RSU-Respiratory Support Unit beds. We are looking for people who have experience working in the speciality, are enthusiastic and highly motivated and who can demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate staff. You will be a team player and display good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to develop your clinical management experience. You will have a positive can do attitude and always strive for the best for your patients and nursing colleagues. The team on the ward are hardworking and committed to providing a high standard of care. We provide a professional but fun atmosphere with good peer support. We aim to provide safe effective care that exceeds the expectations of our patients and the public and we are looking for an experienced nurse who embraces this. Leadership and Improvement Training South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff to the Trust; this training programme has been designed to support our leaders in developing their understanding of leadership and management skills.
