We are currently recruiting for a JuniorBusiness Analyst for a fixed term of 6-months to join our friendly team at Market Drayton. The successful candidate will help facilitate change by reviewing existing business processes and systems and defining requirements to support the business and drive efficiencies. You will provide a vital link between the business and systems teams understanding both elements to provide a channel for change.
Key responsibilities for the Junior Business Analyst will include:
Requirements gathering from the SME population
Learn and understand existing processes and systems to assist with change through project lifecycle.
Define future state architecture for projects.
Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers and software application engineers.
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
Influence internal and external stakeholders and persuade them of the benefits of new technology and strategies.
Run workshops and training sessions.
Document detailed requirements
Present detailed requirements to the business
Recommend and develop business products and solutions to meet ongoing and future requirements.

Educated to A level standard
Good technical cross-over
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent facilitation skills
Conflict resolution skills
Strong project stakeholder management and communication skills.
Technical competence in systems and change delivery.
Delivery focussed approach to challenges
Experience in Business models incorporating process and data
Reliable and consistent approach to data checking
Capable in Office 365 utilisation
