Responsibilities
You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
* Support referrals and their transition into the Program
* Conduct Support sessions and assist students to meet their goals
The Opportunity:
* Actively support referrals into the SEE program
* Conduct sessions to establish goals and provide support
* Build trust and rapport with students attending the program
About you:
* Ability to work with diverse participants
* Be a driven, supportive and community-minded person, working with learners and in some regions, non-English speakers, to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
* Excellent administration skills to manage student records
