There will be an occasional need to collaborate for workshops in person in London or the South East.Role ResponsibilityAs an Implementation Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of projects and systems at Programme levelOther accountabilities will include:Oversee the implementation of projects and systems at Programme levelDefine and manage the implementation processes (Go/No Go, Schedule of Events, Business Readiness etc)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Identify and mitigate potential risks.Communicate implementation status to stakeholders.Develop and maintain project documentation.Lead and motivate implementation project team.Ensure alignment with organizational objectives.The Ideal CandidateThe successful Implementation Project Manager will have proven experience with successful data migration projects and implementation delivery within the Financial Service industry.Other skills required would include: Proven experience in large scale migrations and cutovers Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
