My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality & Compliance manager to join a fantastic team in the centre of Sleaford. Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5pm with a Salary of £30,000K.
This role will be specialising in insurance. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct comprehensive quality reviews on commercial insurance processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for auditing training and competency files, reviewing case handler files for management information (MI) and identifying trends. You’ll ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and carry out detailed quality reviews.
Additionally, you’ll assess trends in line with our training and competency scheme, and report annually on all quality and risk aspects. You will work closely with the operations manager to provide insights and recommendations based on your findings. Your duties will also include conducting thematic reviews and examining all files with a regulatory perspective, ensuring alignment with FCA regulations.
With your keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of commercial insurance, and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
a strong background in conducting quality reviews within the commercial insurance or broking sector. Ideally your extensive knowledge of commercial insurance is complemented by your proven ability to perform thorough audit reviews.
