Senior Finance Assistant We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Finance Assistant! Travel Solutions is NIs leading and multi award winning Tour Operator; as part of our next and exciting stage of growth and development we want a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Director in ensuring the companys financial requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Purchase Ledger posting of receipts and payments using specialist written package for Travel Solutions Extensive daily use of spreadsheets Daily Credit card posting and reconciliations Daily/Monthly Bank reconciliations Daily Bank lodgements Online Banking duties all payments to suppliers via BACS using multi-currency Credit control duties chasing up outstanding debt Multi intercompany transfers Other ad-hoc duties as required General admin associated with the running of a busy accounts department Monthly reconciliation of purchase ledgers Supervision of Finance Staff Essential Criteria: Excellent IT skills Planning and organisational skills You must be comfortable working as a team and on your own initiative Accuracy/Strong attention to detail Confident, positive, and energetic individual Remuneration: Competitive salary Workplace Pension Private Healthcare after 6 months employment Mon-Fri business hours with occasional out of hours/weekend requirements If you would like to be considered for this position, please submit your CV with a cover letter by clicking apply now below.
