Job Description
We are seeking a HR associate/Office administrator.
Our client based in the heart of Burton on Trent is currently seeking someone to join their established office team as a HR administrator.
You will be responsible for:
1. Dealing with staff holiday requests
2. Calculating hours based on timesheets, generating costings, and doing employee payroll
3. Generating purchase orders for managers and clients
4. Communicating company updates to the team
5. Helping implement a new HR system
6. Purchasing office goods, cleaning supplies, and PPE
7. Managing delivery details and keeping on top of records
8. Keeping on top of utility bills

Hourly Rate: In return for your hard work, you will earn an annual salary of £26,000 to £28,000. This will be agreed at appointment, based on experience.
Working Hours: You will be working Monday to Friday. Hours are 08:00-16:30.
