Job Overview
The School of Medicine Education Centre is inviting applications for the Clinical Course Coordinator post.
You will work as part of a small team that supports undergraduate education, specifically providing administrative support for the Medicine Clinical Course. Responsibilities include dealing with student absence requests, monitoring student feedback on clinical placements, and contributing to student engagement and experience. You will also support several key committees and provide a professional level of service to the Senior Management team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support for the Medicine Clinical Course.
2. Handle student absence requests and monitor feedback on clinical placements.
3. Support student engagement and experience initiatives.
4. Assist key committees and provide excellent service to Senior Management.
5. Occasionally travel to hospital sites in the East Midlands for student placements.
Qualifications
You must have A levels, or equivalent, and GCSE English Grade C (or equivalent). Experience in a relevant role and proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and databases are essential. Excellent organizational skills are also required.
Contract Details
This post will be offered on a permanent contract. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week). Job share arrangements may be considered for this post.
