What you'll be doing Our hotel operates over the days, evenings, week and weekends therefore flexibility is required. Reporting to the Chef de Partie you can expect your working day to include the following. Accurately measuring meal ingredients. Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits. Preparing basic salads and sauces. Learning how to cook and plate our dishes under the guidance of the chef brigade.
