We now have a vacancy for a full time, Band 5 Information Analyst to work at Salford Royal Hospital.
Working in the Corporate Information Team you will be responsible for ensuring that statutory returns are accurate and submitted on time. You will complete ad hoc analytical requests, freedom of information requests and ensure that information is available across the Organisation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that data flows through the department are accurate, meaningful and of a high standard.
• Responsible for ensuring that statutory returns are accurate, timely and consistent.
• To participate in the regular and routine reporting for internal and external requirements, within deadlines and to the departmental high standard.
• Responsible for producing regular and ad hoc information reports and analysis in relation to patient information and ensuring analysis produced meets user’s needs and expectations and is fully reconcilable to all information sources.
• Proactive in the initiation of information analyses; suggesting information reports; providing complex analysis and advice on information for internal colleagues within the organisation.
• Ensure information outputs are accurate, fit for purpose, delivered on time and follow the agreed development methodology with full written documentation
• Provide regular updates on the progress of work and any emerging issues or challenges to meeting agreed delivery dates and national return deadlines and working with colleagues to support the resolution of issues/challenges.
• Responsible for the timely production of standards packs of information using a variety of tools to support performance monitoring within the Trust.
• Responsible for responding to requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
• Responsible for taking an active role in promoting the use of the Organisations single point of access for data and information.
