* Picking up and delivering packages promptly and accurately.
* Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
* Using handheld devices to scan packages, update delivery status, and track deliveries in real-time.
* Loading and unloading packages securely to prevent damage during transit.
* Following all traffic and safety regulations while cycling.
