Empowering Learning are looking for an Engagement Officer (1:1) to work in an amazing SEMH specialist school situated just west of Oakham. Experience working in a school setting and experience with SEND pupils is favourable. Experience within the a sector with transferrable skills may also be considered. Driving is essential due to off site visits and rural location.
