The Pharmacy Support Manager works within the Pharmacy Operations field function to support our store leaders, Pharmacists and Area Managers to deliver excellent pharmacy operations and patient safety every day. Reporting directly into the Regional Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will be part of a team of pharmacy support managers within the region. You will lead pharmacy teams with pace to enable simplicity for pharmacy teams as well as being able to work flexibly to support the region. If you are motivated, thrive on change, agile in thinking, with a brilliant knowledge of pharmacy and healthcare then this is the role for you. You will need to be flexible enough to cover the whole of the region and flow to where the work is.
