Your responsibilities will include: Provide strategic legal advice on complex employment issues like disputes, policies, and compliance. Lead and manage employment litigation and tribunal claims to achieve positive outcomes. Oversee the creation and review of contracts, policies, and employee handbooks. Ensure clients comply with employment laws and stay updated on legal changes. Mentor and manage a team of junior lawyers. Advise HR teams and senior leadership on employment strategies. Lead negotiations in disputes and settlements. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to business development and attract new clients. Stay updated on employment law trends and best practices. The successful candidate: Extensive experience in employment law, including litigation and disputes. Strong knowledge of employment contracts, policies, and compliance. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Experience in managing junior lawyers and legal teams. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and ability to stay updated on changes. Experience in business development and attracting new clients.
