We're seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Central London. As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you will be primarily based in Central London, providing IT support to clients located around Warren Street, Holborn, and Chancery Lane. Your day will start at the offices of a law firm near Chancery Lane, but you'll have the flexibility to move between locations throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional IT support with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Handle support tickets and utilize remote support tools effectively
* Administer Office365 and Google Workspace for seamless business operations
* Onboard and offboard staff, including provisioning laptops and hardware
* Setting up audiovisual equipment for meetings and virtual courtrooms
* Collaborate with team members of varying technical abilities, offering training and support in best practices and application use
* Assist clients across Central London, occasionally working flexible hours to minimize disruption
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support desk role
* Familiarity with IT hardware, networking, and server administration
* Excellent communication skills to engage with both junior and senior colleagues
* Willingness to start each day at our office by 8am, at least four days a week
