We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our sales team in achieving their targets. This role is based in London - 4 days a week. The role is focused on client management with some admin duties. In order to be considered you need to have experience talking to clients in your current position. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report preparation, and maintaining CRM systems. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses. Contact clients to confirm they are happy with their investments. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups for the sales team. Manage client database. Maintain accurate records and databases related to sales and customer information. Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a sales support role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
