Team
We are a highly successful and fast-growing litigation team, seeking an Office Coordinator to help us on the next stage of our journey as a business .
Our team of six lawyers, including two young trainees and one paralegal, need a highly organised and motivated administrator to help us drive efficiency through the business by improving and implementing processes.
This is an opportunity to join a vibrant, collaborative team that values camaraderie and enjoys regular social activities, including well-being sessions and after-work gatherings; and to work in a brand new, modern office space in the centre of Bristol.
You will have already gained some administrative experience in a fast-paced environment and are now ready to progress and grow your skillset: this role offers the potential to learn skills and gain experience in the fields of office/process management and revenue control.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing day-to-day office operations, acting as the primary contact for office-related needs and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
* Arranging meeting spaces, ensuring they are well-equipped and organised; taking attendance notes
* Organising social events and team-building activities to promote a positive workplace culture
* Coordinating travel bookings and logistics; booking training courses and seminars
* Processing client and supplier invoices and keeping accurate records of payments and receipts
* Processing employee expense claims and organising payment
* Providing general administrative support, including financial record updates, calendar management, and assisting senior management with various tasks
* Keeping accurate records of supplier costs
* Process improvement, implementation and management
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator/Coordinator or in a similar role
* A desire to develop professionally and increase your skillset
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* First-rate administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Able to follow processes and work on your own initiative
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong numeracy skills
* Accurate record keeping skills
* The right to work in the UK

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Work Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
