CRM / Dynamics 365 Developer Location: Vilnius/Skopje

The role:
* Oversee the capturing of business requirements and document specifications in the right format.
* Co-ordinate with teams on feature releases and managing dependencies across teams.
* Work with business to facilitate functional and user testing to ensure it meets the requirements.
* Ensure all work is thoroughly tested through system, integration, and user acceptance tests so that IT has confidence it has met the criteria.
* Work with business to develop and customise MS Dynamics to ensure it meets the requirements.
* Adhere to JMs software quality standards and policies to ensure the team delivers a quality software to business.
* Work in a truly global multi-cultural environment as the development team is based in Malaysia, and the business users are based in Royston, UK.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
* 2+ years experience working on and developing MS Dynamics customization and configuration.
* Experience of working in an agile environment and using MS Dev Ops.
* Experience of business analytics.
* Experience of working with at least three of the following technologies (SSIS, C#, JavaScript, SSRS, PowerApps, Power Automate, CRM SDK, PowerBI and FetchXML).
* Experience in other Dynamics 365 Modules (Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service & Project Operations).
* Ideally candidates will have worked as a CRM consultant or CRM engineer previously.
