Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent for operational roles across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the Management team to understand recruitment gaps and deliver accordingly.
* Advertise roles both internally and externally to attract the best candidates.
* Conduct recruitment interviews and manage a range of vacancies.
* Screen applications, sift CVs, and conduct telephone screening to ensure the best fit for the role.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.
* Communicate offers and support the implementation of new and existing recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in recruiting within the Warehouse/Transport industries.
* A proven track record of success in agency or in-house recruitment roles.
* Ability to source top talent and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent time-keeping and attention to detail.
