We are looking for a Support Engineer to handle all technical issues and provide professional services.

Responsibilities
1. Provide Power System Application and IT support at the customer site in Berkshire.
2. Act as the first point of contact for customer issues and collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
3. Monitor customer cases via call tracking systems.
4. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
5. Assist with installation, testing patches, configuration management, system tuning, database cleansing, and system administration tasks.
Candidate Requirements
* Technical Engineering Degree.
* Problem solver with a proactive attitude.
* Understanding of the company's product portfolio.
* Ability to commute daily to the office in Berkshire.
