We are now recruiting Customer Advisors for our Edinburgh Airport Store. We are looking for candidates to join us as soon as possible and who can be flexible to meet our customers' needs. You will cover shifts between the hours of 4:00am and 10:30pm, which will include weekends.
The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations in London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the role
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role could involve helping on the tills, advising our customers, or working in our back shop. You will also:
* Help our customers and put them at ease; whether that’s listening to find out more about them, answering questions, and giving great advice on our fantastic products.
* Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them.
* Help our stores run smoothly by ensuring we have the right products displayed on the shop floor and providing great service to customers.
* Work with other members of the team to provide a great shopping experience, ensuring the store is always clean and presentable.
* You will be provided with award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
What you’ll need to have
Full training is provided for this role, and we are looking for people who:
* Excel in a varied environment, working at pace.
* Communicate and listen effectively.
* Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting a collaborative team dynamic.
* Know that the little things make the biggest difference for customer interactions.
* Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help our customers find the best products for them.
* Have 5 years of unbroken references to obtain an airside pass.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service, but this is not essential.
