MPH Sports is a property finding agency that helps professional athletes with finding a new home and building up a property portfolio throughout the UK. Alongside this, we provide complimentary property workshops to sports clubs to enhance education and support players who are thinking of buying their first property, moving home, or wanting to explore the property as a job after their playing career.
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Apprentice Administrator to join our expanding team in MPH Sports in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. At MPH Sports we work with professional athletes across Football, Rugby, Cricket, Athletics, and a whole host of other sports.
We source properties across the UK and work with the athletes to educate them on safe property investment. We look to build a property portfolio to prepare them for life after sport.
As an apprentice, you will complete a training program over 15 to 18 months which will be a mixture of studying for a qualification as well as gaining real experience within the business!
The role will involve assisting the Operations, Sales Progression & Property Management departments with the coordination, implementation, and maintenance of all office procedures and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of each department.

Job Role
* Using a variety of software packages and CRM systems, such as Monday.com, PandaDoc, FixFlo, LettsPay, Goodlord, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel to input key data, produce correspondence and documents, maintain records, spreadsheets and databases.
* Undertake a range of basic administrative duties.
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure the smooth running of office admin procedures & office systems.
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
* Providing efficient customer service, dealing with queries on the phone, and by email, and greeting visitors into the office where required.
* Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to request insurance policy quotes, property visits or maintenance works.
* Supporting the Sales Progression team with case updates via telephone and email.
* Support the Facilities Management department with administrative processes and also liaising with tenants where necessary for Lettings & Property Management.
* Ensuring office stationery is fully stocked and carrying out orders where necessary.
* Ensure that the office is kept to a high standard, tidy, and free from obstructions.
