The role:
* Meet and greet all visitors
* Ensure security measures are carried out with all visitors
* Booking meeting rooms, setting up the room and ensuring all arrangements have been made
* Ordering stock and stationery
* Liaise with facilities team to ensure all maintenance records are up to date
* Ensure reception area is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times
The person:
* Excellent communication, written and verbal
* Previous experience in a Reception/Front office role
* Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills
* Strong administration skills
* Computer literate and able to use different systems
