Schroders, a globally respected investment manager, is actively seeking an experienced individual to join our Investment Services Platform Team (ISPT). As an integral part of the team, you will manage the day-to-day support and service features for our central investment platform, Aladdin by BlackRock Solutions (BRS), on a global scale.
Your responsibility would be to handle all Aladdin related enquiries diligently, working closely with BRS to ensure smooth resolution of issues and management of recurring problems. In this role, the ability to stay calm during crisis and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.

Our Schroders Campus located near Horsham in West Sussex is the hub for EMEA Operations and Technology Operations. The campus combines the high standards and recognised reputation of our London HQ with a serene countryside setting, providing a perfect balance of city professionalism without the urban chaos.
About the Team
ISPT is a central function within Operations. The team is responsible for supporting the Investment, Dealing, and Operations functions and coordinating with teams across Schroders to drive change stemming from these functions. Our team envisions to stimulate business growth, support daily operations, improve operating models, manage risks and streamline business operations.
Your Responsibilities
* Managing the day-to-day service contribution and support supervision of Aladdin with the third-party supplier BRS
* Handling second-line Aladdin-related enquiries globally with a primary focus in the EMEA region
* Troubleshooting user enquiries and directing appropriately
* Addressing issues/incidents related to Aladdin and coordinating with stakeholders for resolution
* Being the primary point of escalation to BRS for critical business issues
* Mentoring, coaching and enhancing team members’ skills
Experience & Qualifications Required
* Experience within the front office environment of an asset management firm
* Solid understanding of the fund management business and Order/Trade workflow
* Technical proficiency and understanding of broad range of investment products
* Proven capability to define and document business problems in a complex investment environment
* Strong communication skills and capacity to operate under pressure
* Experience in a service management role or knowledge of BlackRock Aladdin Solution and other Asset Management Systems
* Understanding of ITIL framework
