What the Job Involves As a Community Employment Mentor, you will deliver one-to-one mentoring to participants, helping them develop action plans for gaining employment. You will manage a caseload, identify training needs, and work with stakeholders to provide comprehensive support. This role involves flexible service provision, including outreach work, and collaborating with various programs to ensure a continuum of support. You'll be responsible for recording outcomes, maintaining participant data with accuracy, and adhering to compliance and safeguarding responsibilities, all while promoting the programme effectively to stakeholders and participants.
