The Role
* Building relationships with new and existing clients
* Take in full job descriptions and understand client expectations.
* Interviewing jobseekers to understand skills and personality.
* Appropriate shortlisting for live vacancies - backing your judgement to send relevant quality candidates not hundreds of them.
* Briefing candidates fully before interviews with information gained from the clients
* Network building through numerous different avenues to raise your own profile in the market.
Offer
* Basic salary of up to £35k + commission (OTE £50k in one year)
* Hybrid/flexible working available
* Working hours – 8.30am – 5.30pm

Expectations
* Minimum 1 year of Recruitment experience
* Confidence in the ability to learn a particularly high-caliber industry
* Ability to network over the phone and face-to-face
