We are happy to consider strong leaders with manufacturing/engineering/fabricating backgrounds. General Manager Responsibilities: Develop strategic plans to optimise productivity. Enhance organisational effectiveness through process improvements, staff oversight, and fostering a motivated work environment. Maintain standards of excellence and drive innovation. Identify growth opportunities and build new business relationships. Provide feedback to strengthen team skills and knowledge. Manage daily operations, set and achieve performance goals. Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to meet objectives. Ensure timely task completion by maintaining project timelines. Create and manage budgets and resource allocation plans. Delegate tasks effectively, enforcing company policies and values. Resolve staff conflicts efficiently and fairly. General Manager Requirements: Proven managerial experience with strong decision-making skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation abilities. Experience developing financial plans and evaluating performance. Strong leadership skills and operational knowledge. Bachelors degree in business management or related field. Familiarity with HR processes. Experience within sheet metal/ fabrications will be a great advantage.
