What You Will Do
* Lead strategic implementations of an innovative AI platform for enterprise clients, driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.
* Build and nurture executive relationships across client organizations while serving as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives.
* Orchestrate complex platform deployments, including technical integration planning, stakeholder alignment, and ROI tracking.
* Design and deliver executive-level presentations showcasing platform impact and opportunities for expanded adoption.
* Partner with sales teams to identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts.
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful platform implementation and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Background
* 5-15 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, customer success, or professional services teams.
* Proven track record managing relationships with Fortune 500 clients and driving measurable business outcomes.
* Strong technical acumen with experience in enterprise software deployments and data integration.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
* Experience driving adoption of analytics or AI solutions in enterprise environments.
* Track record of success in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in manufacturing, quality, or related industrial sectors.
* Background in analytics, business intelligence, or technical sales.
* Experience scaling customer success programs in high-growth environments.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: $190,000 - $225,000 (London compensation adjusted to market).
