Role Description
This is a full-time on-site office based role for a Sales Project Coordinator in Augustine Heights, The Greater Ipswich Area of QLD. There will be the option to do a 4-day work week after the first year and you are settled in the role.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the electronic security industry. You've seen it all, from analogue to IP.
• Knowledge and experience in Back to Base Alarm & CCTV monitoring, CCTV, Alarms, Access Control &
Intercoms to effectively quote both old and new technologies.
• Proven track record in sales, with a knack for understanding products and how they work. You can sell ice to an Eskimo, but you'd rather sell them a security system.
• Proficient with computers. This is an office-based role in Augustine Heights QLD, so you'll need to be best buds with your PC. Don’t wing this, we need an efficient key-boarder. You will have a load of opportunities to make budget.
• Exceptional closing skills. You know how to seal a deal.
• Some project management skills - to support the roll-out of any large gigs you have quoted, liaising with the technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can talk tech to a toddler.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. You're a lone wolf and a pack leader.
• High attention to detail – you strive to get it right first go.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities. You find solutions faster than a speeding bullet.
• Work alongside other employees with a common goal, liaise with techs (employees and subbies), and
suppliers in the industry.
• Minimal site inspections required, mainly for the larger VIP customers.
• This role is 90% office based. You'll be quoting and following up to close opportunities from the comfort of your desk in air con. We cater for movement, so bring your runners.
• All leads are warm or hot and come to you via phone or email. No cold calling or door knocking.
• We have a large existing database of reoccurring inquiries, and great marketing for genuine new inquiries.
• Our tech teams handle site inspections, apart from our larger VIP customers who need both on-site to scope.
