Role Responsibilities: Lead the Geography Department in curriculum planning, assessment, and fostering a culture of academic excellence. Teach across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that ignite curiosity and a passion for geography. Develop innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes and student progress. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the wider success of the Humanities faculty. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for an educator eager to lead and inspire while making a lasting contribution to the school community.
