About You We are looking for a motivated and professional Supervisor with the following skills, experience, and qualifications: Key Responsibilities Oversee and carry out maintenance, renewals, and project tasks on railway infrastructure. Effectively communicate task requirements to staff and ensure all safety measures are followed. Train, develop, coach, mentor, and assess team members to enhance their performance. Conduct team briefings, debriefings, and cascade safety brief information. Ensure tools and equipment are collected and returned as required. Submit regular safety conversations and safety inspections per shift. Maintain professional conduct and uphold company values. Key Performance Indicators Compliance with safety and PPE requirements. Customer performance measures and project deadlines met. Strong attendance and timekeeping. Minimal accidents, incidents, or disciplinary actions. Regular safety conversations and inspections conducted. Skills and Experience Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Sound knowledge of Network Rail line standards and track maintenance/renewals. Experience with rail plant and equipment. Report writing and health, safety, and environmental awareness. Geographical knowledge of railway networks.
