Job Title: Construction Manager

Up to £350 per day, Inside IR35
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, ideally with a background in defence or high security facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Duties:
Developing project plans and schedules
Managing project budgets and expenses
Hiring and supervising construction staff
Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise
Reporting on project status to senior management
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Manager
Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Proficiency in project management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in construction management
Experience working on large-scale construction projects
