Quattro Resourcing Limited are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Advisor, based in Haverhill, Suffolk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients customers, providing exceptional support across multiple channels to ensure a seamless experience.
Hours:
September – February: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
March – August: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (shift patterns may vary), including Saturdays and bank holidays on a rotational basis
Salary:
£24,500.00 (starting)
Responsibilities
* Answering and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
* Handling customer enquiries via email and online chat.
* Assisting with delivery-related queries and providing updates.
* Creating and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Updating Excel spreadsheets and producing reports as needed.
* Collaborating closely with our clients transport team for delivery coordination.
* Offering face-to-face customer service where required, enhancing the customers journey
Qualifications
* Proven experience in administration, customer service, and sales (Preferred)
* Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
* Positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work well under pressure.
