Programme Manager needed for Mental Health EPR Implementation in Sussex Introductory Paragraph: We are seeking a skilled and experienced programme manager to oversee the implementation of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system within mental health services based in Sussex. Our client is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare, and this role will play a crucial part in achieving that goal. Skills: Leadership Skills: The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills with previous management experience leading teams through change. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential when dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation including patients/service users, clinicians and senior executives. Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan strategically while coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously is required along with excellent organisational abilities. Technical Knowledge/Skills Required : Experience working on SystmOne implementations would be highly advantageous given our client's current use of this technology platform.
