About the role: The Senior Acquisition Executive will lead on the development of and successfully implement their mass participation events and challenges strategy, to recruit new supporters to the organisation, and grow our base of supporters and unrestricted fundraising income. About You: The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of complicated procedures in events, direct / digital marketing, product management or fundraising team. You will have demonstrable analytical skills and highly numerate with experience of keeping and monitoring financial & budgeting reports. You will have experience and knowledge of mass participation event fundraising, including donor stewardship and donor recruitment through a variety of channels and audiences. You will have experience of using a fundraising database for effective analysis of direct marketing campaigns and trend giving patterns. To succeed in this role you will strong planning and project management skills and excellent organisation skills and experience of managing a varied workload.
