The hospital offers opportunities for nurses to work in a number of service line settings – Adult Acute & Adult Eating Disorders meaning nurses have the chance to experience other wards on rotation.
The hospital prides itself on ensuring that patients’ recovery and care remain its primary focus throughout their stay. Led by an effective and stable management team it has a robust preceptorship programme. The hospital environment, referral screening process and links with the local provider collaborative sees low levels of incidents requiring restraint despite being designated as an ‘acute’ facility.
Job Profile
1. Deliver high quality, service users focussed care

6. Registered nurse with active NMC PIN with 12 months post qualifying experience
7. Relevant clinical experience
8. Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
9. Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.
10. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
