Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding support to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and in person. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. What We’re Looking For: Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role and retail exposure and dealing with couriers. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using supply chain software and other customer support tools. Additional: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Attitude: A friendly, patient, and proactive approach to helping customers. What We Offer: Competitive salary Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Holiday allowance: 20 days annually.
