Maintenance/Facilities Administrator - Immediate start.
We are currently working alongside an educational college based in Oxford City Centre who are looking for a Maintenance/Facilities Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.
Our client is wanting a dedicated Maintenance Administrator to provide high-quality support to our Head of Maintenance and Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth running of maintenance operations, keep records up-to-date, coordinate service schedules, and assist with larger projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records for planned and reactive maintenance.
2. Organise health and safety training, manage PPE orders, and update risk assessments.
3. Schedule service contracts and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
4. Assist with sourcing parts, placing orders, and managing invoices.
5. Support project planning by organising contractor meetings and managing documentation.
6. Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
7. Handle general administrative tasks, including payroll submissions, holiday schedules, and meeting coordination.
8. Contribute to sustainability initiatives by tracking energy data and supporting related plans.
What You'll Need:
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.
3. Confidence in managing schedules, maintaining records, and working with documentation.
4. Basic understanding of maintenance and compliance processes (training provided).
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 30 hours.
Pay Rate: £16.77 p/h (weekly paid).
