As the Baker, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods, maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen, and meeting production targets Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Manager To Produce all baked goods for the location, all breads, pastries and cakes Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.
