I am currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller for a global organisation in Braintree who pride themselves on customer service both internally and externally, making it a genuinely nice place to work.
Are you an accomplished Credit Controller who wants to take ownership of a small department and is happy going into the office every day? It is a nice environment and hopefully local to you.
Typical Credit Control responsibilities will entail:
1. Building relationships with customers to ensure priority for invoicing paid.
2. Managing debt levels.
3. Credit checking new customers and managing credit limits.
4. Escalating bad debt.
5. Issuing LBAs and putting customers on stop.
6. Working with credit insurers.
7. Overseeing another Credit Controller.
8. Reporting to the Financial Controller.
9. Adhoc duties as part of a small finance team.
This role would suit someone who is personable and happy working onsite daily within a small but efficient finance team.
Hours are 37.5 per week, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and other benefits.
