As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will report directly to the Quality Control Manager and the Factory Manager. Your primary responsibility will be building sub-assemblies, power amplifiers, and whole systems, all of which are produced within the Factory.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all customer requirements are met within the company's ethos of 'Zero defects, remember why'.
2. Electro mechanical assembly that includes, but is not limited to:
1. Build power amplifiers in volume from a specific document.
2. Build sub-assemblies from build documents and drawings.
3. Build Systems from build documentation.
3. Maintain accuracy at all times, whilst working to time constraints and achieving daily/weekly targets.
4. Record and maintain records, both electronically and on hard copy, of work completed.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience of Electro mechanical manufacturing.
2. Proven history of soldering to IPC 610.
3. Current IPC 610 Certification would be auspicious but not essential.
4. Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and re-work.
5. IPC 620 knowledge would be advantageous.
6. Computer literate.
7. Must hold a British Passport.
Working hours: 8.30am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
Based on site in Ross-on-Wye.
Salary dependant on experience.
