Job Description:
Location: Gatwick
Shift Pattern: 3:30am - 11:30am (including a 30-minute unpaid break)
Are you up to the challenge of running a warehouse operation that's up to the standards of one of the world's best shipping and logistics companies? We need you to get the best out of our warehouse staff, ensuring they're just as focused on process, safety, productivity, and training as you are. You'll coordinate the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction is met, and facilitate the smooth execution of our procedures and systems.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for running the early morning warehouse operation within our facility.
Work Saturday, 3:30am - 11:30am (including a 30-minute unpaid break)
Managing the performance of the team and reassign duties if needed.
Organizing and motivating individuals in way that optimizes the entire team's output.
Supporting other team leaders and work with management team to improve process.
Completing daily reports so that unseen opportunities can be identified.
Always ensuring services are delivered within specified deadlines.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Warehouse and Managerial experience are beneficial
Computer literate (knowledge of Excel) required
The ability to motivate others to care about meeting our targets.
A talent for managing difficult situations and working effectively under pressure.
Water-tight organization and time management skills.
