ADS Data & Records Technician
Location: PO12 2DL, located in Alverstoke, with free onsite parking.
Package: £23,280 - £27,051 ( depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

Let us introduce the role
AWE is currently recruiting for a Data and Records Technician within the Defence Radiation Protection Services (DRPS) group at AWE Alverstoke. DRPS provides the Ministry of Defence and commercial customers with technical and advisory services on all aspects of ionising and non-ionising radiation protection.
The Data and Records Technician role encompasses a range of work across different projects. The purpose of the role is to deliver high quality outputs using a range of skills. Deliverables such as accurately entering, creating, updating, and maintaining data sets using M365 and bespoke database software packages are key requirements of the role. Attention to detail, data interrogation, security and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to ensure legal and policy compliance. Additionally, collaboration with team members across the group, external customers and engagement with the wider community will be required. This includes maintaining excellent customer communication and responsiveness in person, over the phone and by email.
Please note that this you need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years to apply for SC clearance which is a requirement for this role and the interviews will be conducted in-person at INM Alverstoke.
