Position Summary Senior Analyst – ITS Cybersecurity - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited The Cyber security team is a team within Information Technology Services servicing both internal and external facing business units for Deloitte Australia. Work you’ll do As a part this team, you will: Work as a Senior Analyst in the ITS Cybersecurity Team supporting Deloitte Australia. Assess security controls of systems, solutions, and applications to ensure they are sufficient. Collaborate with the business to identify and address security risks and issues. Continuously improve the Cyber Assurance service for better effectiveness and efficiency. Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills. Stay up to date with the latest security technologies and trends. Conduct regular security assessments and audits. Develop and implement security policies and procedures. Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches. Communicate progress and issues through regular Status Reports. Undertake ad-hoc duties as outlined by leads/managers. Demonstrate the ability to independently deliver without significant senior support/escalation. Build rapport with senior stakeholders to continually broaden and strengthen relationships. Present with presence and confidence to leadership and senior stakeholders. Drive and contribute to a positive and constructive culture. Share knowledge and implement opportunities for improvement from lessons learned activities. Work Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM The Team: The Cybersecurity team at Deloitte Australia, part of ITS group, is dedicated to protecting the company's digital assets and infrastructure. With a focus on maintaining a secure and resilient security posture, the team uses industry-standard security practices and tools to manage risks and respond to security incidents. Their goal is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Deloitte Australia's data, systems, and applications. Qualifications Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field. Conduct Security Assessments on infrastructure, application, and cloud solutions. Possess an excellent understanding of security controls in large organizations. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex security issues. Possess knowledge of Networking principles to better understand security risks. Have a working knowledge of DevOps principles to evaluate security risks in a CI/CD pipeline. Manage risks to ensure a secure and resilient security posture. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Good to have experience in Secure by Design and Secure System Development Lifecycle. Good Understanding of ISO 27001 and Information Security Policies is desirable. Experience in ensuring security measures are incorporated in the design phase of the software development lifecycle. Familiarity with industry-standard security practices and regulations. Knowledge of security assessment methodologies and tools. Understanding of threat modeling and vulnerability analysis. Experience with security incident management and response. Familiarity with cloud security controls and techniques. Stay up to date with the latest security trends, tools, and techniques. Communicate security risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders across the organization. Ability to operate in an often rapidly changing environment; demonstrated flexibility in approach and attitude. Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders, act as an intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams and develop and manage enduring client relationships.
