ABOUT US
* Rödl & Partner is a legal and interdisciplinary consultancy firm, dedicated to mid-market clients. We are ‘one firm’, with more than 6,000 colleagues worldwide across 50 countries and in 111 wholly owned offices. This global presence enables us to advise our clients across borders on a wide variety of transactions and projects.
* We work together – closely interlinked across our service lines – to provide our clients with comprehensive support in the areas of legal advisory, tax and finance consulting, business process outsourcing (BPO) and auditing.
* Our core clients are medium and large privately-owned and often owner-run companies, currently predominantly of German origin, with international operations, the so-called ‘hidden champions’ of industry.
* The firm has a clear strategy for growth and development in the UK and our brand recognition in the UK market is strengthening. The legal team is looking to pro-actively expand its domestic client base and relevant intermediary relationships.
* In the UK, Rödl & Partner has brought together a team of British and German lawyers, tax advisers, auditors and management consultants with years of professional experience who support not only on in-bound UK transactions, investments and projects, but also a variety of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the UK and overseas markets.
