Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and develop investment opportunities through networking, industry contacts and market research. Lead and support negotiations, structuring, and documentation of deals. Conduct thorough due diligence in financial, market, and operational assessments of potential investments, including valuation analysis, risk assessments and business model evaluations. Stay up to date with market and sector trends to inform investment strategies and identify emerging opportunities. Ideal Candidate: 5-8 years of experience at top accounting firm and be a chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with a solid understanding of investment structuring. Ability to critically evaluate business models, management teams, market potential, and exit strategies. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to empathise and build rapport with clients. A strong academic background with a 2:1 or First-class degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
