Operating from 36 locations, it delivers almost 1bn newspapers, magazines, and collectibles to around 21,000 customers. The division includes core final-mile operations, magazine primary distribution, corporate distribution, outsourced retail consultancy, and airside media placement. Committed to innovation and sustainability, it has introduced the i-Menzies app, featuring ‘Track My Delivery,’ which provides customers with an estimated 20-minute delivery window. What you’ll be doing: Processes: You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by preparing accurate reports, managing communications effectively, and helping to maintain best practices. Your problem-solving skills will support the team in identifying challenges and working together to find creative solutions. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to new policies and strategies, helping to shape the future of the department as part of a collaborative effort. Customer: As a key part of our team, you'll build strong relationships with retailer customers and those in the grocery sector, working together to align business plans and achieve shared goals. Through open communication and collaboration, you'll help create solutions that drive success for both InPost Newstrade and our customers. Your proactive approach will make an impact in meetings, where you'll contribute ideas, document key actions, and ensure customer needs are met. Finance: Support our Finance department and provide assistance where required. Your in-depth knowledge of the Newstrade industry, especially in Retail, will set you apart, helping you navigate this fast-paced sector with confidence and vision. Your proven experience in Account Management means you know how to build and nurture strong relationships, communicating clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external partners. You’ll be the bridge that connects ideas with execution, always ensuring alignment and clarity. Bonus points if you're familiar with Office 365, Power BI, and Skype for Business, giving you an extra edge in leveraging modern tools to boost productivity and collaboration.
