UHS Digital are excited to offer the post of Assistant Support Technician. Perfect for someone starting in their IT career or looking to reskill from a different area, this opportunity will allow them to develop their technical and customer service skills.
As part of the EPR Operations team, you will support the electronic patient record digital systems across the Trust by responding to support tickets via our service desk, phone, or by visiting different parts of the hospital. Previous NHS experience would be a bonus, but as long as you've got a good idea of what it means to offer great service and aren't scared of getting into the details, full training for the systems will be provided.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and provide user support for digital systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to all service users
Make configuration changes, or data corrections within assigned systems as required.
• Grant users access to assigned systems, in line with current policies and procedures.
• Ensure that calls that are referred to third-party suppliers for a resolution are monitored and have progress updates until resolution.
• Process and resolve user service requests for relevant systems.
• Develop and update user guides to support new functionality and system changes.
• Develop and deliver presentations and training to clinical staff on system updates.
