An opportunity has arisen to join the our P&O Ferries team in Hull, working as a Port Operative (Customer Agent - Quay) responsible for supporting the leadership team in delivering cost effective port operations service to all customers, in a safe and compliant manner. Key Responsibilities Support the leadership team in delivering cost effective port operations. Work to a flexible shift pattern. Support the discharge and loading of vessels, ensuring maximum efficiency and capacity. Ensure the vessel is moored safely in port and leaves on time. Requirements Full clean driving licence including HGV Class 1 Experience using reach stackers, forklift trucks, and RoRo tractor units. Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience working in a similar environment with flexibility to work at all times of day and outside. At P&O Ferries we want you to be you.
